Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return & Exchange Window

At Kuddleme, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Return

• All original tags must be attached and fully intact.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• The product must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Note: If a product is returned to us without the original tags, or fails our quality check, the return request will be rejected.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the following situations:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong size or an incorrect item.
• The item you requested for an exchange is out of stock.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

How to initiate a Return/Exchange

Please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and clear images of the product (if damaged/defective). Our team will arrange a pickup and guide you through the rest of the process.
