Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Kuddle Me, every product is thoughtfully made and carefully packed before it reaches you. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned — and we're here to make it right. Please read our policy carefully so we can help you as smoothly as possible.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be intact and attached to the product
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be shared
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order

Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible, regardless of the reason.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If the item you received does not fit correctly, we will exchange it for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.

Conditions for a valid exchange request:

  • All original tags must be intact and attached
  • The product must be unworn and unwashed
  • Exchange is allowed for size mismatch only (same style, different size)
  • Only one exchange is permitted per order item

If the requested size is unavailable at the time of exchange, a full refund will be issued instead.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Returns and exchanges are accepted on COD orders as well, under the same conditions and within the same 7-day window. Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT / UPI). You will be required to share your bank account details with our team to complete the refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with removed, cut, or missing tags
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items returned after 7 days of the delivery date
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events (unless defective)
  • Customised or personalised products

How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

  1. Email us at hello@kuddleme.in or WhatsApp us at +91 96676 73730 within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Mention your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and your reason
  3. Attach clear photos of the product and its tags (required for processing)
  4. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and share next steps
  5. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address shared by our team
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: Refund will be initiated via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) within 5–7 business days of receiving your account details
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable

If your refund is delayed beyond the stated timelines, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, write to us at hello@kuddleme.in.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@kuddleme.in or on WhatsApp at +91 96676 73730.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may initiate a return after receiving the item, subject to our return policy above.

For approved cancellations on prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
