These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on kuddleme.in. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them fully before completing your purchase.

1. Placing an Order

When you place an order on kuddleme.in, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on kuddleme.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable at the time of your order placement will be honoured for that specific order.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after confirmation has been sent.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for eligible pin codes

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw the COD option for specific users or regions at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across India. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates only — actual delivery may be affected by logistical factors, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once dispatched, orders are handled by our third-party courier partners. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies; however, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any visible damage within 48 hours.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We strive to keep our website updated, but in rare cases, an item may be out of stock after your order is placed. In such situations, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KUDDLEME LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of a purchase made on kuddleme.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
